RETURNS

Customers have the right return the Product not later than within 14 days from the moment of receiving a package containing the Product (Article 7(1) of the Act).

The returned Product cannot show any signs of wear and tear. 

The Product must be sent to the following address:

Elizè, Bruzdowa 106G/1, 02-991 Warsaw, at the Customer’s own expense.

The Customer returning the Product is asked to send the Product together with a sale document (a receipt or an invoice).

EXCHANGES

Customers may exchange the Product for a different one upon obtaining the Seller’s consent, provided that the Customer has notified the Seller of such intent by sending an e-mail to the following address: team@elize-elize.com

Settlement procedure applied when a Product is exchanged:

When a Product is exchanged, the amount of the Price paid for the Product is counted towards the Price of the newly-ordered Product; any difference in the Price shall be either paid by the Customer or returned by the Seller to the Customer’s bank account, as the case may be.

The Product must be sent to the following address:
